Key Responsibilities

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments with accuracy.
- Verify insurance information and collect co-pays as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Coordinate with medical staff to support daily operations effectively.
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous medical front desk or medical receptionist experience.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA guidelines and patient privacy.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare setting.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
- Familiarity with insurance verification and referrals.
Work Hours
The position requires a commitment to standard medical office hours, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be required based on specific client needs.
